Dependable Care is a small community based company based in the heart of Lye in Stourbridge. Due to high increase of care we are looking for staff in the following areas.
THIS POSITION IS FOR CAR DRIVERS ONLY
Dependable care are hiring for community health care assistants around the DY6,DY5,DY8,DY9, DY2 and B63 areas
We are looking for both drivers and non-drivers to fill these positions
As a driver you must have access to your own vehicle with class 1 insurance. Mileage allowance will be paid.
YOUR DAY TO DAY DUTIES Will INCLUDE:
· Working with service users and families to deliver the highest standard of care
· Being person centered
· Supporting the client to be as independent as possible with lots of encouragement
· Respecting client dignity and privacy
· Supporting with meal preparation and supporting with fluids
· Supporting with all aspects of personal care
· supporting with medication
· companionship
our office staff will support you throughout your employment, to make it a lot easier with an open door policy at our office and great out of hours’ support.
TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE:
No experience is required as full training is provided
DBS is required
FLEXIBILITY
You will be required to work alternate WEEKENDS
START TIMES:
AM - 6AM - 14:00 or 9.30 - 14.30
EVENING SHIFT 15:00 - 22:00
LONG DAYS 6AM-18:00
