Role: Egg Supply Coordinator
Salary: D.O.E
Location: Lacock, Wiltshire
Working Hours: 09.00am – 17.00pm, Monday – Friday
Stonegate Farmers are currently seeking an Egg Supply Coordinator to join our agricultural division based out of our Head Office in Lacock, Wiltshire.
Reporting into the Agricultural Director, you will manage all producer and flock accounts for both Stonegate and BEIC; covering administration, complaints, producer queries and payments to ensure a high level of service is provided across all producers and suppliers.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Being the first point of contact for producers; handling any and all queries
- Adding, removing and updating producer, site and flock data with JD Edwards
- Maintaining BEIC website with accurate flock data
- Updating producer passports and certificates
- Generating a monthly report on outstanding passports and certificates
- Calculating and authorising backdated payments
- Ensuring paperwork for audits, both internal and external, is accurate and up to date
- Ensuring any producer/ supplier information is shared within the required departments
- Updating Avian Influenza outbreak maps
- Managing producer and farm related communications
- Managing pallets on JD Edwards, monitoring sold, duplicates and not processed for stock purposes
- Working closely with our IT Department in an effort to continuously improve the database and thus providing more fluent and accurate information to both producers and staff
- General farm administration
Person Specification:
- Highly organised with acute attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good numerical skills
- Computer literate
- Professional manner
- Business aware, putting the producer and company at the forefront when executing tasks
Qualifications / Experience:
- Previous experience working with a supply chain coordination role
- Managing high volumes of data and information
- Liaising with key stake holders, both internally and externally
- Dispute and complaint resolution
- Knowledge of farming / agricultural supply chain (advantageous)
