Assignment Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team as a Level 2 (L2) support professional for transactional functions, credit CRIN and CROP. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with NSSR change requests. The L2 Business Analyst will be responsible for analysing incoming tickets including Service requests, NSSR, Incidents, and Defects and providing L3 with all the necessary information for incidents. The candidate will also be responsible for analyzing small NSSRs regarding implementation effort, providing workarounds for end users, and analyzing logs.
