NCS Educational Engagement Advisor
Location – Leeds and coverage of Yorkshire with working from home.

Ingeus are looking for new Educational Engagement Advisor to join our expanding NCS recruitment teams. Are you a passionate and dynamic person who knows they would be able to effectively engage with schools and colleges? Then we are waiting to hear from you.
The role will involve working in a fast-paced environment engaging with schools and colleges via virtual delivery. You will provide recruitment assets for them to deliver and share with students and deliver virtual engagement events to students, teachers and parents.
Along the way, you’ll be helping young people develop skills that’ll help them smash their future goals.
This is primarily a remote role however you will be expected to support face to face delivery in the North when required.
You need to have:
- Sales experience within a target environment, demonstrating top performance
- Public speaking experience
- Ability to build quick rapport with people (including young people, stakeholders and parent / guardians)
- The ability and to easily adapt to a varied audience,
You will be;
- Home based, whenever you’re not required to attend recruitment events but must be able to travel to events to support and to experience the full NCS magic.
- Booking recruitment events for local teams to deliver.
- Expected to achieve targets based on expressions of interest, sign-ups and turn-ups per school and region.
- Building and maintain relationships with schools and teachers to gain support for NCS.
- Working closely with the Recruitment Managers for the strategic targeting of priority area schools and colleges to book events for local teams to lead.
- Required to support local teams in delivery of face-to-face events.
