Rape Crisis South London are recruiting an Advocacy Operations Administrator
RASASC was set up in 1985. We are a feminist, independent organisation based in Croydon providing specialist and confidential support services to female survivors of sexual violence from age 5 who live in any borough in South London. Our ethos is to offer survivors a specialist service dedicated to the healing and empowerment of survivors of sexual violence in an environment of empowerment, trust, and compassion.
Our team of Independent Sexual Violence Advocates (ISVA) offer support to women and girls aged 13 and over who have survived rape and childhood sexual abuse in South London and who are thinking about reporting to the police, or who have reported, throughout their journey in the criminal justice system.
Our Team of Caseworker provide an independent and confidential case worker service across South London, to women aged 18 and over who are receiving support from our counselling, outreach and advocacy services. Caseworkers can provide practical and factual support for Housing and welfare benefit system concerns/needs, in person, over the phone and in writing.

We are a passionate and very busy women-only team, working in a centre of excellence which is committed to ending all forms of violence against women and girls.
The Advocacy Operations Administrator will be responsible for the day-today running of the operational and administrative side of the ISVA and Caseworker services under the guidance of the Advocacy Service manager, including responsibility for the management of the ISVA and caseworker waiting list. You will be responsible for ensuring all survivors referred into our service are contacted in a timely manner and will provide boundaried and interim factual and emotional support to survivors on our waiting lists.
This role is a new and exciting opportunity to support our Advocacy work and develop new ways of working, evaluating, and monitoring these vital service. In partnership with the Advocacy Service manager and Advocacy Team, you will develop a keen understanding of the complexities and priorities of the waiting lists and referrals and lead on its management as we move into a new phase of the Advocacy service. We are looking for a responsible, organised, self-motivated and empathic women who can help us manage, build, and shape our service for a long-term and sustainable future.
