The Opportunity:We are looking to hire an ambitious and motivated recruitment and sales consultants with previous experience in recruitment and education. You will be the first of two to join our exciting new venture into recruitment, executive search and headhunting. Due to a recent period of growth we are looking for successful applicants to begin immediately and give the business the kick start it needs.The Role: Specialising in Educational Recruitment, you will be working to bring together clients and candidates in the education sector, whether this be teaching positions, senior management positions or tutoring positions.
- Researching leads for candidates then initiating a relationship through cold calling.
- Writing and posting job adverts.
- Screening CV’s.
- Developing company Linkedin profiles.
- Organising interviews with your candidates and managing them through the process.
- Hitting weekly KPIs.
The Candidate:
- B2B or B2C sales experience.
- Minimum 3 month's experience in a recruitment role.
- Educated to degree level.
- Natural sales ability.
- Highly motivated.
- Professional attitude.
- Target driven and money motivated.
Flexible Working Hours : 40 per week.
Competitive Salary

Salary: £21,000.00-£90,000.00 per year
