We’re Sutherland and we’re looking for solution-focused customer service people to join the team supporting travel/tourism clients in our Windsor office.

To qualify, you must have:

• at least 2 years of sales/service experience, preferably in the travel, tourism, hospitality or other service industry with knowledge/experience with GDS.
• PC proficiency and typing skills are essential;
• TICO certification and/or formal coursework/training in travel/tourism is strongly preferred.
