With the expansion of Liberty Leisure Centres we are looking for colleagues to join our team in Wychbold to ensure that our members and guests receive only the very best service at all times.
We are looking for a candidates to help out on our busy reception desk.
Working fixed shifts across the week between the hours of 6am - 10pm, includes working one in two weekends.
Role and Responsibilities
To maintain a high standard of work and client care, including attention to detail, completion of all administration tasks & provision of friendly and confident customer service.
To ensure that the latest methods and techniques are used in accordance with Liberty Leisure Centres Limited training practices and procedures.
- To maintain the standards of Liberty Leisure Centres Limited in all areas ensuring that clients' wishes remain paramount.
- To ensure that all clients receive the best possible quality of service in line with Liberty Leisure Centres Limited standards.
To uphold the reputation of the company and carry tasks to ensure the safety, comfort and experience of our clients, as directed, not limited to, but including:
- Greet Visitors & Members
- To interact with clients in a professional & friendly manner at all times, enhancing client experience..
- Answer enquiries and advise clients on all aspects of memberships, Packages and Facilities.
- Create New Memberships in accordance with company Procedures and ensure that clients' membership records are accurately maintained.
- Show Prospective Members around the facilities in accordance with procedure
- Check Reception Emails
- Answer Telephone
- Prepare Class Schedules for instructors and assign register attendance
- Prepare information for kids club
- Ensure guests sign in according to procedure
- To develop your own personal goals and objectives and to support the development of others.
- To provide training and supervision of junior staff members and trainees whenever necessary, ensuring that no trainee is asked to complete a task until they have been sufficiently trained to do so.
- To monitor and maintain stock levels as requested.
- To attend team training sessions, and attain up-to-date knowledge on products and services.
- To maintain Liberty Leisure Centres Limited company policies, in particular: Health and Safety

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From £21,000.00 per year
