ShareThe University of Bath is making a significant investment in redesigning our curricula, in doing so setting the course of teaching and learning for the next generation of students.
We are recruiting three Education Managers (Implementing Transformation) to be embedded within one of each of the University's three faculties:
- The Faculty of Engineering & Design
- The Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences
- The Faculty of Science
You will enable the effective implementation of these strategic changes into cyclical education delivery and processes. Working alongside Faculty Assistant Registrars, central colleagues and academic staff in departments, you will ensure Faculty practice, processes and course information align to the changed curriculum and new regulations. Other responsibilities may include:
- implementing effective reporting
- monitoring and evaluation processes
- liaising with the student body
- establishing effective communication channels with academic staff
Successful candidates will be excellent communicators, able to build strong relationships across organisational boundaries whilst supporting the implementation of major educational change.

These positions are available for a fixed-term period of 3 years, on a full time basis, however we are open to discussing flexible working arrangements.
