Job description
Amazing opportunity with a Nottingham based education recruitment company, offering competitive pay, great location and a focus on healthy office culture. Aiming to recruit consultants with 360 recruitment experience (in or out of the education sector). Interviews will be arranged within 5 days of application submission.
- Monday- Friday
- 8am-5pm
- 9am-2pm in school hols.
- Office based (Soho)
- WFH for two days
- Up to £50K Unlimited bonus
Key Responsibilities Building and maintaining relationships with clients in the Education sector, including schools and colleges. Developing a deep understanding of client requirements and proactively identifying suitable candidates to fill positions. Advertising job vacancies and sourcing potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals. Pre-screening candidates and conducting interviews to assess their suitability for roles. Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including coordinating interviews, providing feedback to clients and candidates, and negotiating job offers. Requirements Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong organisational and time-management skills. A results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
