As Education and Development Lead, you’ll help us raise the bar of our community service offer and use your influence and drive forward new skills, research and innovation across our Place-Based teams.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced registered practitioner who wants to share their knowledge and expertise for the benefit of others. You’ll have the opportunity to develop individuals and groups of staff to promote high standards of care alongside National Agendas within the Integrated Care System. You will be influential in the collaborative decision-making and delivery of projects across the service.
We’re looking for a people person to be a role model to motivate and support our Place-Based teams in developing practical clinical and leadership skills. You’ll be able to see people’s potential and recognise and adapt to different learning styles to achieve the best for our staff and service users.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Practice Development Facilitators, Community Nursing Manager and Lead Nurse.
