Cella has partnered with an insurance provider in search of an entry-level Proofreader to join their team for a 6-month contract. As Proofreader you will be assisting with a high volume (10,000+) of provider communications such as letters and bulletins. This work is tied to a major rebrand, and you will be taking pre-approved content and putting them into new templates and updating the branding.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on proofreading and editing experience at a full-time capacity. Candidates will need to commute 2 days a week to either their Norfolk, Va or Woodland Hills, CA locations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide creative and technical writing support for less complex marketing communication materials.
• Assist in developing creative writing solutions that provide a consistent message about the company and products.
• Write, edit, and review content for traditionally printed programs (marketing collateral, trade publication advertising, direct mail, etc.) and/or digital programs (online advertising, micro sites, text campaigns, etc.).
• Ensure all materials meet internal and external business and legal standards.
• Follow appropriate corporate standards, guidelines, and approval processes.
