We are seeking an experience B2B Editor to work for What Franchise and Global Franchise which is based in our Eastbourne office, but our HQ is in Colchester therefore we are offering Hybrid/Remote working.
The relationships you form with key players and brands in the sector will create editorial and commercial opportunities and put us in front of brand new audiences. You will also work with other departments across Artichoke Media to help deliver and support our successful and growing Global Franchise Awards, develop new revenue streams and attend national and international events, shows and conferences, collaborating with your colleagues to drive commercial growth.

The role
To write, commission and oversee all content for What Franchise and Global Franchise; creating inspiring, informative blogs, posts and articles for our audience of business leaders and entrepreneurs, and contributing to the commercial success of both brands.
Franchising is a thriving, competitive industry in the UK and worldwide, with franchisors often leading their sectors in innovation, investment and acumen. We are looking for a digitally-savvy editorial lead who can deliver informative, exciting content for business leaders, CEOs, entrepreneurs and those starting out, further increasing the reach and status of our popular and well-established media brands.
You will have a knack for discovering interesting and expert contributors and bringing their ideas to our audience. And you?ll know how to brief experienced writers, thought leaders and novices alike to get the best possible results.
Your own talent for writing will mean you can create compelling articles and blogs that chime with business leaders and entrepreneurs, addressing the most pressing matters for franchisors and franchisees with originality, accuracy and style.
Working mainly on digital, but keeping an oversight of our printed issues, you will grow our audiences across the board, ensuring content can succeed in different formats and that SEO and user data are never far from your mind.
