We have a new opportunity for an eCommerce Operation Executive. In this role, you will support the Digital Operations Manager manage the tactical operation of the D2C systems related to price, promotion and product set-up, whilst also defining long-term strategic improvements to transform data and third-party business relationships.
This role focuses on the end usage for all related D2C platforms & related systems. Ownership & administration of all D2C systems as well as execution of technology or platform integrations/projects are managed by IT.
Main Responsibilities:
You will manage the delivery of D2C business projects such as introduction of preference centre or customer competitions whilst ensuring a focus on customer experience and commercial performance at all times.
Execute daily system operations to ensure customer & commercial success, while contributing to project requirements where required, and site optimisation identification and feedback with our third party providers.
Support the Customer Service third party with queries by managing Customer Reviews for the website, ensuring key elements are fed back into the business.
You will also, support with the set up & monitoring of price changes and promotions across all D2C systems (inc. Website, OMS), ensuring product data is complete, accurate & aligned across all D2C systems.
Manage the flow and processing of customer and commercial data (inc. GDPR) while supporting the operation of third-party systems (CRM, Reviews, etc), dashboard and reporting productions and maintenance.
Who we are looking for:
A brilliant eCommerce Executive that will thrive in ambiguity with knowledge of both eCommerce and eMarketing technologies (CMS, SAP ECC, SAP Commerce Cloud, salesforce).
You will have experience setting up of price & product across D2C systems (Inc. Website, OMS) and website management end to end, with outstanding attention to detail and the ability to go beyond the data reporting (Strong Excel, SQL or Power BI)
