We are looking for an apprentice to join our growing team and studying toward their Business Administration Level 3 apprenticeship.
Your apprenticeship will be provided by Next Level training who will help develop your knowledge and skills over a 14-month period while gaining technical skills on the job.
What the job will include:
- Researching, identifying, attracting and shortlisting candidates for the recruitment process to fulfil the requirements of the business brief
- Identifying new business opportunities through a variety of means and refer these opportunities to a recruiter
- Meeting all procedures and carrying out relevant processes to ensure industry codes of ethics and relevant legislation are met
- Day-to-day office administration
- On-line advertising
- Dealing with queries whether it be on the phone, over email or in person
- Attending client meeting
- Attending networking events
- Responding to candidate registrations and applications
- Creating adverts and posters
- Updating data on CRM and Payroll system
- Exporting in-office registration cards and documents onto CRM and Payroll system
- Right-to-work checks
- Committing time to complete apprenticeship tasks and assignments
- Social Media correspondence and advertising

Salary: £12,000.00 per year
