The Role…
Soho House Retail is looking for a global Ecommerce Operations Specialist responsible for the maintenance of sohohome.com, cowshed.com and sohoskin.com (UK/US/ROW) to work with us on a 12-month fixed term contract.
Reporting to the Head of Ecom, you'll be responsible for owning the pre-order process, order flow management and SOCS compliance, supporting with daily reporting, site checks, and being the key point of contact between Ecom, retail stores and customer care team.
It's a fast-paced environment and we are looking for a candidate who is organised, proactive, with strong attention to detail and able to meet tight deadlines.
Main Duties…
- Owning the preorder process, including; building strong relationships with the merchandising team, to ensure stock levels, allocation and replenishment are optimised, monitoring for shipment delays and raising issues with the relevant teams.
- Order flow management, including; daily checks, resolving failed orders and orders stuck in processing.
- Owning the onboarding process for dropship suppliers, including the creation of supporting documentation, population of delivery and returns copy, and creation and testing of delivery rules.
- Work with product owner and Head of Ecommerce to ensure daily, weekly and monthly SOCS compliance tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Track and report on sales daily, and on sales profile, unshipped and markdown revenue weekly. Alert the team of potential risk to target and implement actions to improve.
- Key point of contact with Customer care and Retail teams to identify and resolve issues with orders ensuring SLAs are met.
Supporting responsibilities
- Assist the Ecom team with maintaining the Soho Home, Cowshed and Soho Skin websites. Responsible for site checks and comprehensive category checks, ensuring accuracy of product displayed and smooth end-to-end usability.
- Work with product owner and merchandising teams to maintain and debug Adaco, our web-based retail stock system.
- Support Ecom team with the preparation of product for seasonal launches where required, ensuring accurate and optimised features, category selection, attributes, pricing, photography and copy.
- Work with the Head of Ecommerce/ Product Owner to support ad hoc testing onsite and resolve any bugs and merchandising issues as quickly as possible.
- Support Head of Ecommerce with offer and promotion creation, testing and reporting.
- Must be flexible, where necessary, to work out of hours when required to support 24/7 website operation
Requirements / Qualifications...
- Previous eCommerce/ operations experience
- Minimum intermediate excel experience desired
- Google Analytics experience desired
- Customer facing experience desired
- Highly organised individual with attention to detail and ability to prioritise workloads
- Collaborative and able to work in cross-department teams
- Able to adapt quickly to new systems
