As a Behavioral Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to unveil new insights that drive our understanding of human behavior in the workplace. You will leverage your expertise in behavioral science, data analysis, and research methodologies to explore, analyze, and interpret people-related data from a variety of sources. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will help shape our organizational strategies, optimize talent management practices, and enhance employee experiences worldwide. This position is graded as 12.

Your responsibilities

  • Design and conduct research studies: Develop rigorous research methodologies and design experiments to uncover patterns and insights related to human behavior, organizational dynamics, and employee engagement.
  • Data analysis and interpretation: Utilize advanced statistical techniques and data visualization tools to analyze large datasets, interpret findings, and identify trends and correlations.
  • Identify actionable insights: Translate complex data into actionable recommendations that inform decision-making processes across the organization, including talent acquisition, performance management, diversity and inclusion, and employee well-being.
  • Collaborative partnerships: Work closely with cross-functional teams including HR, data science, and business leaders to define research objectives, prioritize projects, and drive the adoption of evidence-based practices.
  • Thought leadership: Stay up to date with the latest research and industry trends in behavioral science, data analytics, and people analytics, and contribute to the development of innovative strategies and solutions.
  • Data ethics and privacy: Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and data protection regulations throughout the research process, prioritizing data privacy and security.

Your background

  • Ph.D. or master’s degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or a related field.
  • Strong background in research methodologies, statistical analysis, and experimental design.
  • Proven experience in analyzing and interpreting complex datasets using statistical software (e.g., R, Python, SPSS).
  • Familiarity with behavioral economics, social psychology, cognitive psychology, or related disciplines.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong collaboration and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for understanding human behavior, organizational dynamics, and creating positive workplace experiences.
  • Ethical mindset, ensuring data privacy and maintaining the highest standards of research integrity.
