  • Thought leadership: Stay up to date with the latest research and industry trends in behavioral science, data analytics, and people analytics, and contribute to the development of innovative strategies and solutions.
  • Data ethics and privacy: Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and data protection regulations throughout the research process, prioritizing data privacy and security.

Your background

  • Ph.D. or master’s degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or a related field.
  • Strong background in research methodologies, statistical analysis, and experimental design.
  • Proven experience in analyzing and interpreting complex datasets using statistical software (e.g., R, Python, SPSS).
  • Familiarity with behavioral economics, social psychology, cognitive psychology, or related disciplines.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong collaboration and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for understanding human behavior, organizational dynamics, and creating positive workplace experiences.
  • Ethical mindset, ensuring data privacy and maintaining the highest standards of research integrity.
