The Role
You’ll report into a very experienced Strategy Director and be tasked with developing Ecommerce growth strategies across a variety of different clients in the UK and globally, leading a team of specialists across Paid Media, Email and Content. You’ll understand client needs and develop digital strategies and tactics, through to setting monthly and quarterly objectives for the most important Ecommerce and Performance metrics (LTV, AOV, CR, CPA, ROAS, CPM). The role will see you develop a strong rapport with clients and lead a team through ideation, execution, analysis and reporting, ultimately accelerating client performance and ROI. You’ll help the agency develop and maintain a best-in-class digital, DTC engagement approach.
You
You should bring strong knowledge and experience in Ecommerce and integrated channel growth including Paid Media, Email and Content. A strong communicator, you’ll be confident guiding and explaining strategy and results to both clients and more junior team members. We’re looking for a Digital / Performance Marketer with strong experience within Ecommerce brands, whether that be agency or inhouse. You should be passionate and driven, with a sharp eye for detail and good technical knowledge across performance channels, and keen to work with sustainable, ethical brands.
