Job Title: Care Assistant Supervisor
Reporting: Lifestyle Care Home Manager
Basic Function: The Care Assistant Supervisor works under the direct supervision of the Lifestyle Care Home Manager and undertakes tasks and duties delegated by them. They will be responsible for working collaboratively with the overall care team to meet the needs of residents and following policy and procedures. They will also be responsible for the Care Assistant rota, induction of new Care staff and carrying out performance reviews of staff and audits of Care staff documentation.

Essential Criteria:
Willingness to build a successful and professional team providing good leadership and support for all staff
Experience of supervising and training staff
Ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the organisation
Desirable Criteria:
Have a minimum of 1 years experience in a Senior Care Assistant role
NVQ in Care
Experience of inducting staff
Experience of auditing documentation within a Care Home setting
Knowledge of RQIA Regulations
