Newsquest Media is a leading publisher of over 150 regional newspapers and magazines.
Our titles pride themselves on delivering news and information that reflect the local communities they serve with some of our titles having been in existence for over a hundred years.

Due to continued growth in our magazine portfolio, we are seeking articulate, empathetic, and energetic people to join our friendly team. To engage with our magazine customers across the UK answering their queries, offering solutions to their problems, and delivering excellence on every call.

Your days will be varied ranging from answering inbound calls, data entry and admin tasks. You need to be a great team player who can remain positive even on the busiest of days.
