Marketing & Events Executive
£25,000 - £30,000
Southampton / Bournemouth
Permanent, Full-Time
We are very excited to be recruiting on behalf of our client for a Marketing and Events Executive. This is a permanent full-time role that could be based in the Southampton or Bournemouth office. However, regular visits to the other offices will be required to build relationships and gain an understanding of the various markets and services. The successful candidate will be involved in a full range of activities across the complete marketing mix. Previous experience of event management and producing podcasts, and/or videography is desirable to this role.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Running events, from establishing audience and objectives, project management and production, delivery of event on the day and post event evaluation
- Project management of the podcast, from topic ideas, to recording and campaign management via social and other channels
- Co-ordinating multi-channel campaigns from start to finish, including contribution to planning, design, monitoring and measuring and end of campaign reporting.
- Use of design tools to design and prepare artwork
- Promoting and strengthening the brand using social media platforms
- Maintaining a clear and coherent brand message
About you
- CIM qualification or degree in Marketing
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Positive and proactive approach
- Good communication skills
- Experience of event management and producing podcasts, and/or videography is desirable.
- Experience in a professional services environment is desirable.
