We’re looking to add new talent to our digital team in the shape of an Ecommerce Assistant who will join us early in their career, to learn the ropes from our experienced team and we hope to develop on to a management level in the future.

Based in Burgess Hill, 15 mins outside Brighton.
Introduction
Your goal will be to provide support to colleagues in all aspects of delivering the ecommerce strategy across the WoolOvers and Pure Collection group websites, assisting with site content management and weekly reporting.
Responsible for
- Assisting with setting up new products, marketing campaigns and promotions using our ecommerce platform - full training provided.
- Assisting with organising products online, showcasing best sellers and priority lines.
- Building of content pages using Content Management System - full training provided.
- Assisting with regular website testing to eliminate bugs and improve user experience.
- Assisting with weekly ecommerce KPI reporting using Google Analytics, Excel & Google Sheets.
- Monitoring competitors and industry trends and suggesting ways to improve the online customer journey
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Commercially-minded
- Knowledge of basic SEO principles
- Knowledge of basic Google Analytics
- Great verbal communicator and able to build strong working relationships
- Advanced Microsoft Office (or Google equivalent) user, especially Excel/Sheets
- Highly numerate
- Well organised and able to work independently
Location
- This is a head office role where you will learn directly and in person from our highly experienced team. Working from home is accommodated on occasion to help with your work-life balance, but is not standard practice.

Salary: £18,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
