We are seeking an Early Careers HR Advisor to work for an International Law firm based in the heart of the City of London near Bank tube station. For this position we are seeking someone with a minimum of 2 years previous experience in a HR Co-ordinator or Advisor level role. Strong Employee Relations experience and Stakeholder management skills are a must. There will be a heavy workload with a lot of Partner & international exposure.
In this position you will work alongside a manager and an assistant. Working as a team you will support a headcount of around 90 and help with the management of over 100 planned events at universities across the country.
Suitable candidates will be ambitious and confident.
Duties of the position will include but are not limited to assisting with all trainee-related employee relations, running the seat rotation process, review and ensure completion of all evaluation processes, meet regularly with trainees and their managing partners. Run the trainee overseas seat programme, including working with HR Managers in local offices regarding practice group availability and the terms and conditions of the placements. Assist with all future trainee-related employee relations matters in conjunction with the HR Manager.

Salary: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
