Job Title: Early Careers Education Services Coordinator
Location: Portsmouth

Salary: Up to £33,000 depending on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Co-ordinate STEM Ambassador registrations and ensure appropriate Ambassador resourcing for all events and activities.
- Co-ordinate the supply of education outreach resources including literature, display stands, educational activities, and branded merchandise, ensuring their availability for all activities.
- Maintain Education Programme Management Information and compile reports, as required, to support the delivery of the Education programme.
- Raise Purchase Orders to procure goods and services as required ensuring timely completion of payments.
- Be pro-active in identifying improvements to process and service that leads to quality and / or cost saving outcomes.
- Support the delivery of additional activities e.g. internal/ external events as required.
- Provide support to the Graduate and Undergraduate delivery team with administrative activities as required, ensuring high standards of behaviours and delivery.
- Represent the Portsmouth site on the Shared Services Charity Committee.
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Minimum level 2 or equivalent in Maths and English.
- Proficient in using a range of I.T. programmes and technology to input, analyse and present data.
- Good interpersonal skills, including excellent communication skills when dealing with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and plan workload.
- Demonstrable team working characteristics.
- Highly organised and detail conscious.
- Committed to learning and continuous improvement.
Desirable:
- Working in an administrative role within education and early careers or events management would be an advantage
