In November 2019, Dorrington Academy became the first primary school to receive outstanding status against the new Ofsted framework. The Governors wish to appoint ECT’s for key stage 2 to join the Academy, to help continue working together to drive up the standards. We have a very successful and supportive ECT Programme. We encourage fast promotion to management or appropriate course to be an outstanding classroom practitioner. Dorrington Academy is an exciting, inclusive community school. We work hard but at the same time ensure the wellbeing of everyone is a priority.
