About the Role
We are looking for a Systems Analyst to join our Stock Integrity team within Supply Chain Technology. The team is responsible for the integrity of stock through Supply Chain Technology’s estate, from our Warehouse Management Systems, via our integration, to the downstream financial and reporting systems. This team is critical to every new Supply Chain Technology project, ensuring the resulting transactions maintain integrity of the stock holding.
What you'll be doing
You will work in a small team of Systems Analysts reporting and providing support to your Lead, assisting internal and external stakeholders on all issues related to the implementation of analysis linked to ASOS' interfaces and applications.
You will complete investigations into stock issues/queries reported by business areas (Finance/Supply Chain) and review the impacted areas of tech/business of any stock transaction issues.
- Assess and articulate the scale of any stock transaction issues identified with the relevant stakeholders
- Proactively look to identify and resolve stock discrepancies before they become month end reconciliation issues
- Understand, suggest and develop better ways to reconcile within Supply Chain Technology’s landscape of stock transactions
- Aid and support with stock reconciliation across multiple tech teams/platforms
- Support and work with tech teams to enhance current reconciliation tools/dashboards
- Help establish the root cause of reconciliation issues and work with the teams responsible for resolution
- Work with the test teams to ensure stock transaction reconciliation is part of all test plans
- Work with finance to ensure issues are understood and resolution plans clearly articulated
- Report and suggest any data fixes required, as a result of systemic issues, and report on/demonstrate success of the fix

Who We'd Like to Meet
- Excellent SQL and Excel skills
- Experience in a 2nd / 3rd tier IT support within Supply Chain Technology
- Experience with Supply Chain Technology and how we fit into the business as a whole
- An understanding of the concepts of reconciliation and stock finance impacting transactions
- Have worked with finance and other tech teams to resolve stock finance issues
- Understand the importance of stock integrity and the kind of issues that result when transactions do not reconcile
- Enjoy working and communicating with all areas of the business
- Are enthusiastic about reconciliation and systems working as they should do!
- Have experience of the functional areas within a warehouse management system
