Mason Rak are excited to recruit a superstar Personal Assistant to support CEO of a fast - growing global tax recruitment firm.
We are looking to hire a hard working and reliable individual who will be the working on a number of exciting projects and get fantastic exposure to various task from marketing to research and administration.
Working knowledge of Linked In / Sales Navigator / Recruiter licence is essential for this role.
We are looking to attract a collaborative person with a great attention to detail.
THE ROLE:
Assisting with day to day operations, lead generation & administration for the business.
Executive Assistant support to the founder with organising meetings, diary management, liaising with external research team, generating marketing ideas, posting on social media.
HE PERSON:
Remote nature of this role assumes a person would be a self-starter who loves responsibility, autonomy and is reliable member of the team.
Driven, flexible and motivated to work in a start-up tax recruitment firm.
Degree qualified or equivalent, preferably in Science, Engineering, English, History.
Excellent IT & communication skills.
1-2 years experience in an Administration/Executive Assistant role.
