Job Title

Team Leader (Relationship Team)

Associate Sales Director

Hours

9:00am – 5:30pm (1 hour lunch) OR
9:30am – 5:30pm (30 mins lunch)

o Employee schedules and workloads

o Track employee performance

o Training, coaching and development

o To actively look for ways to improve existing procedures within the team

o Establish and maintain procedures

o Holidays, sickness, and absence management

o Day-to-day support and care

o Regular 1-2-1 meetings

o Communicate any changes to the team in a positive manner

o Help to improve/embed company culture

o Create a safe and inclusive work environment

· Undertake various property-related duties, in conjunction with Business Support Officer:

o Establish and maintain procedures

o Organise the office, including stationery and equipment

o Liaise with IT and other relevant services

o Plan in-house or off-site activities

· Provide cover for Relationship Team during busy periods, handling sales and service calls, and monitoring email inboxes and online chat.

· Assist Senior Management Team when needed

Responsibilities

Direct line responsibility for Relationship Officers and Business Support Officers

Technical Skills, Experience and Qualifications

· Excellent organisational skills

· Ability to change priorities/duties quickly

· Clear thinker with the ability to pay attention to detail

· Experience of coaching staff in a customer service/sales environment

· A confident, friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner

  • The ability to work under pressure to tight timescales, whilst maintaining a high quality of work
  • Team leader experience desired

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
  • Customer Service: 3 years (required)
