We are teaming up with an incredible Investment Management firm who are looking for an HR professional to give EA support to their CPO and HR Director Aswell and support with varied HR administration

What would I be doing day to day?
Job Title: EA / HR Administrator
Location: London / Hybrid
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (D.O.E) + Bonus
We are looking for people who have a real hunger and passion for business, are curious, using their initiate enjoy working to a high standard.
General responsibilities:
- Proactive diary management for Chief People Officer and HR Director in line with business priorities and handling a high volume of requests and competing demands
- Seamless coordination and execution of business travel planning
- Assisting the People team with administrative and project support across a broad range (full HR lifecycle duties!)
- Monthly Expenses
- Event coordinating and support#
- Band ambassador for the business and contributing to a positive workplace culture
What is the company looking for?
- 2-3 years' experience within Human Recourses/Recruitment coordination
- Financial Services industry experience is preffered
- EA/PA experience is preferred
- Tertiary study or CIPD qualification is preferred
- Proven ability to support and coordinate recruitment at all levels, and build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong judgement and ability manage competing demands
- A champion of positive workplace culture and collaboration
- Ambitious and curious mindset, problem solver and forward thinker
