Job description

Accountabilities:

  • Take full responsibility to manage the online business in the UK and EU regions across Amazon and oversee the P&L
  • Drive sales, profit growth and market growth for the portfolios of personal care and beauty brands to optimize the sales revenue
  • Plan and execute the strategic plan to achieve sales target including pricing, promotions, new product launches, etc
  • Develop the long term sales strategies with market insights in data driven approach
  • Enhance the operations excellency to the achieve the sales targets
  • Reporting to Product Management team to develop and oversee the marketing calenda plan, execution and review for the major online platform
  • Key member to involve and develop in NPD launches
  • Manage and liaise with 3rdparty regarding the marketing and sales support
  • Work closely with Supply Chain Management team and other business units to ensure the sufficiency inventory for daily and seasonal sales
  • Prepare the regular sales report and analysis
  • Evaluate promotion effectiveness and ensure the expenditure is spent in an efficient way
  • Enhance the brand’s position to identify opportunities, drive awareness and enlarge margin
  • Research category trends, provide market insights to support MD’s decision making

Ideal Candidate:

  • Min. 4 years experience in online business, experience in managing Amazon is essential
  • Passionate and Familiar with consumer goods industry
  • Well understanding in customer’s needs and shopping habits in consumer goods sector
  • Well analytical skills, Sales driven, ambitious, proactive and collaborative team player
  • Proven track record of Sales and Account Management is a plus
  • Strong Sales and Negotiation Skills

Job Types: Temp to perm, Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 24 months

Salary: £35,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
