We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Ecommerce Administrator. As an integral part of our company, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our multi sales channel by managing various aspects of our ecommerce marketplaces, including product listings, customer service, order fulfilment, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize product listings across multiple ecommerce marketplaces such as Amazon & eBay, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure all product information, inventory levels, and pricing are up to date and accurate.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to create engaging product descriptions and attractive images that effectively showcase our products.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with various internal teams, such as inventory management and logistics, to ensure seamless order processing and timely product delivery.
- Monitor sales performance, identify trends, and suggest strategies to improve sales and customer engagement.
- Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Continuously optimize the marketplace listings to improve visibility, rankings, and conversion rates.
- Assist in photography and image editing tasks to maintain high-quality product images.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in ecommerce administration or a similar role is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, marketplaces, and their associated tools (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Magento 2, Shopify, etc.).
- Proficient in using ecommerce management software and tools.
- Good understanding of email marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and the ability to optimize product listings accordingly.
- Familiarity with product photography, image editing, and basic graphic design tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for ecommerce and staying up to date with the latest industry trends.
If you have a passion for ecommerce, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a challenging environment, we would love to hear from you. Apply today with your resume outlining your relevant experience and why you believe you would be a great fit for this position.
