Onda is actively seeking an accomplished Amazon eCommerce Specialist to join our team in the capacity of a remote independent contractor. In this role, you will cater to the needs of our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) eCommerce clients, working alongside a dynamic group of highly-skilled freelancers. Your key responsibility will be to oversee and streamline all facets of our client's Amazon operations.
The ideal candidate should be experienced in managing Amazon Seller Central accounts, optimizing product listings for SEO, coordinating Amazon advertising campaigns, analyzing sales data, and ensuring a seamless customer experience on the Amazon platform. The role may also involve working with Amazon's FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) program. In short, you will utilize elements of digital marketing, sales, account management, data analysis, and eCommerce best practices, specifically tailored to the Amazon platform.

Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon Seller Central.
- Coordinate Amazon advertising campaigns including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Amazon DSP.
- Analyze sales data and utilize the insights to enhance sales strategies.
- Drive customer experience and feedback improvements.
- Manage and maintain the company’s presence on the Amazon platform.
- Liaise with Amazon for any account-related issues.
- Ensure seamless integration with Amazon's FBA program (if applicable).
- Stay current with Amazon's policies, procedures, and best practices.
Skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and in team settings.
Qualifications
- BA in Marketing or a similar field
- 3+ years of Amazon FBA experience
- Experience in other eCommerce platforms, specifically Shopify
- Proven experience in managing Amazon Seller Central accounts
- Strong understanding of Amazon’s algorithms, SEO principles, and how they apply to the Amazon platform
- Experience in coordinating Amazon advertising campaigns
- Native or near-native English proficiency
Additional Information
- This is a 1099 independent contractor position
- 100% remote work
- The number of work hours is based on the number of client accounts you have at any given time
- You have a flexible schedule, but meetings and communications with clients occur between the hours of 9 am - 5 pm EST
- You have the freedom to set your own rate
- You won't have to hunt for your own client leads
- The ecosystem comes with various support functions, including scheduling, a designated billing department, and other admin functions so you can focus on what you do best
- You will have designated Onda email and Zoom lines for client communication
