Fusion Fixings is an online retail company specializing in selling an extensive range of fixings and fasteners in tailored quantities to suit all customer needs and job applications. We are currently a small-scale family-run company with the goal of becoming one of the market leaders in the UK.
We are currently looking for someone to join our eCommerce team to help grow product ranges and brand presence online. This role comes with a high level of task variation such as data entry, graphic design, and customer engagement. This role provides the ability for the chosen candidate to work in their own capacity, and, alongside the job responsibilities, bring new business innovation to the table to help grow our online market presence.
Due to the small-scale nature of the company, all our employees are required to be flexible within their roles and help in all areas of operation when needed. The chosen candidate will eventually be required to help answer the phone and deal with online customer related issues and queries. As we grow, you grow! Required skills and experience:
- Experience working on eCommerce platforms & writing SEO optimised content.
- Experience with graphic design applications such as Photoshop.
- Proficient on Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with large stock control systems.
- Customer Service experience.
- Diligent and accurate.
- Enthusiastic and motivated.
- Flare for entrepreneurship and business innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out data entry tasks set by the eCommerce team.
- Carrying out digital marketing tasks set by the eCommerce team.
- Stock entry and cost price checks/adjustments.
- Customer service over the phone and emails.
Required Education:
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grade B English, Grade B Mathematics).
Applicants must be well-spoken, friendly, and ready to assist in all areas of retail and tech equipment. It is strictly a non-smoking environment.
