At Ducklings Childcare our ethos is all about creating a family atmosphere in a safe, secure environment. Ducklings is a privately owned converted Georgian townhouse and we pride ourselves on our home from home feel as well as our large walled garden with beautiful lawns.
Ducklings have recently received an Outstanding grade from Ofsted and due to expanding we are now looking for a Bank Staff practitioner to join our team. The practitioner can be qualified or unqualified, With exciting opportunities to train and further development.
Responsibilities to include:
* Supporting in the smooth daily running - interacting with the children, planning, setting up and cleaning down.
* Making sure all children's needs are met. Keeping them safe at all times.
* To deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage framework in accordance to setting policies and procedures.
* To observe each child's progress and report on achievements.
* To be a key person.
* Ensure you are familiar with all policies and procedures and keep up to date.
* Attend and take part in staff meetings, training and parents evenings.
* We promote staff training within our company.
- Salary: Depending on experience.

Must have-
-At least 2 references from previous employers.
-DBS check and enrolled onto the update service.
Job Type: Zero hours contract
Salary: £17,788.00-£20,000.00 per year
