JSK Sales Company Limited is a premier automotive spare parts seller since 2017. It deals in major automotive spares such as Cars, Trucks, Buses and Construction vehicles, and Engine parts for various Earthmoving, Agricultural, Industrial and Automotive applications with many more subcategories.
We at JSK Automotive are now looking for a candidate to fill the position of E-Commerce Executive. If you have a strong e-Commerce understanding with a passion for always improving the customer experience and driving sales, then this is a perfect opportunity for you to join the team and grow your career. You will be reporting to the E-commerce Manager and working directly with the Commercial Director, you will support e-commerce sales growth in line with the business’s overall strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create quality listings for eBay and the website. Ensure all content and information are correct
- Photograph products (Some are heavy Parts such as Cylinder Heads / crankshafts - upto 25 Kgs ) and edit using Adobe Photoshop. While ensuring all images are up-to-date.
- Optimise/Improve listings to increase visitors, customers and sales.
- Take the initiative to boost low-performing products.
- Analyse and grow digital traffic across all e-commerce platforms.
- Drive online marketing campaigns and promotions
- Monitors competitors on eBay and market trends, making recommendations to improve the proposition
- Liaise with logistics, production and warehouse teams to ensure stock issues and back orders are dealt with promptly and ensure clients are kept up to date of progress.
- Serve as the front line, to handle all customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Confidently take payments when needed using either Stripe or a card machine (Training will be provided)
- Offer support and solutions to customers; product queries, refunds, returns, and replacements for missing or damaged items with the ability to assess the content of a query, and respond with great effectiveness in line with the Company’s Policy.
About you:
The candidate has to have experience and knowledge of working with e-commerce marketplaces such as eBay and Amazon with 1 - 2 years of customer service skills within a team setting.
- An exceptional grasp of the English language
- Content Writing skills with excellent spelling and grammar
- Microsoft Office proficiency is essential
- Willing to learn the field of Auto Components - specially engine parts
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
- Photoshop, Illustrator and/or similar: 1 year (Preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience in managing your own workload
- Excellent organisation and time-keeping skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
