Full Job Description
John White E-commerce and Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the overseeing of all aspects of the John White direct-to-consumer channels and social media accounts.
Alongside managing the online department, the role will include communicating with the company’s management team to plan, strategies and execute the John White marketing strategy to include goals and long-term company objectives.
Key responsibilities include maintaining the John White website (currently WordPress) and deliver digital marketing campaigns, manage social media channels and work and grow with social influencers. You will be required to implement SEO strategies for a dynamic digital environment.
Responsibilities
WEBSITE
Maintaining and updating the John White website with up-to-date products, promotions and content.
Plan and manage website development and updates.
Create and implement website content including product/page descriptions, blog posts etc.
Plan website product and lifestyle photography.
Managing the design and production of promotional materials, such as lookbooks.
Measuring key performance metrics including ROI, Traffic (audience, acquisition, paid search) CTR, Bounce Rate.
Researching and analysing market trends and competitors.
Plan and execute key promotions (Seasonal sales, black Friday, sample sales, new arrivals, product launches).
DIGITAL MARKETING
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across a range of mediums (Budget control)
Email marketing (Mailchimp).
Create, monitor and improve paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads)
Data analysis and segmentation
SEO strategy
SOCIAL MEDIA
Plan and manage John White social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, looking to increase to Twitter and TikTok)
Create social media content (posts, stories) aligning to John White marketing strategy.
Key Skills
Preferably a degree in IT, Marketing or another relevant field.
Significant experience in a digital marketing role.
General interest in the footwear industry.
Good communication skills.
Proficient with WordPress.
Knowledge of Microsoft applications
Experience of working with photo editing software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator)
All social media applications.
Job Types: Full-time
