About the role
As a Digital Product Executive, your role will be critical in supporting the Digital Product Managers in the day-to-day maintenance and updates of products listed on the website. You will be responsible for ensuring that price and availability changes are accurately reflected on the website, as well as making content corrections/updates and general improvements.
You will also assist the Digital Product Managers in managing range updates from suppliers and manufacturers by preparing data in a format ready for review, which will help them determine the best way to deliver the product on the site.
Additionally, you will manage the Product Inbox and internal tickets raised by the wider business, ensuring that all requests are actioned or escalated to the relevant Digital Product Manager. Your role is critical in ensuring that the website remains up-to-date, accurate, and relevant, helping to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Your work will be an integral part of the Digital Team, and your attention to detail, organisation, and ability to work under pressure will be essential for success. You will need to be able to collaborate effectively with other members of the team, as well as with other departments across the business. Ultimately, your work will help to drive revenue growth and improve the customer experience, making it an important and rewarding role within the company.
This role is fully remote with some infrequent in person meetings throughout the year, so the candidate must also be able to work well in these circumstances.
Responsibilities
- In charge of the Product mailbox and responsible for passing tasks or making the product update.
- Creating job cards for future tasks
- Internal tickets
- Price changes – Adhoc and monthly
- Carry out tasks required by the Digital Product Managers
- Getting new supplier and manufacturer ranges import ready to reviewed by the Digital Product Managers
Requirements
- High level of Excel experience – Crucial
- Attention to detail
- Able to organise and prioritise tasks
- Good communication
- Able to research information if it isn’t already provided
- E-commerce experience preferred
- Reporting on large quantities of data
- Product feed optimisation for use in all digital marketing
