Dynamic Networks and IT Graduate Programme

You’re not just looking for a career, you’re looking to make a difference.

Millions of people rely on us every day to help them live their lives, power their businesses, and keep their public services running. We connect friends to family, clients to colleagues, people to possibilities. We keep the wheels of business spinning, and the emergency services responding. And we use the power of technology to help solve big challenges, like climate change and cyber security.

From day one, you’ll have a voice at BT Group. You’ll get stuck in to tough challenges, pitch in with ideas, make things happen. You won’t be alone: we’ll be there with help and support, learning and development. You’ll make great friends, discover new talents, and feel part of something exhilarating.

This is your chance to make a real difference to the world. Grab it.

About this role

By joining this programme, you will come into the team that architects, designs, implements, integrates, operates, and delivers BT’s IT infrastructure and networks to help deliver on global projects that could change the future, whilst continuing to innovate and deliver the platforms that BT’s next generation services can be built upon.

You’ll use agile ways of working when creating everything from proof of concepts through to national and international scale solutions, bringing the best of on-prem and cloud environments together. You’ll gain skills and knowledge in automation, continuous integration, infrastructure as code, virtualisation and containerisation, big data, networks, high speed processing systems and many more.

You’ll also be engaged across the business, working with software engineers, data scientists, cyber security professionals, researchers amongst others to make a difference and help BT and our customers to be more successful. You’ll be collaborating with thought leaders and experts who deliver IT systems that differentiate BT from all its competitors.

This is a non-rotational specialist graduate role and is available in the Networks part of our business.
