Tickets is a brand-new bar located in the bustling Central Station area of Newcastle. The former Ticket Office of the train station has undergone a full refurbishment to create a comfortable and relaxing environment whilst maintaining and restoring key features from its Victorian heritage. We will be serving a carefully curated range of local beers, quality spirits and playful cocktails accompanied by an eclectic playlist to suit all tastes. About the role…
Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include overseeing the daily operation of the venue, leading and motivating the team to ensure complete guest satisfaction, monitoring employee productivity and efficiency, ensuring compliance within company policies and legal obligations.
You will assist with training and development, and act as a support/ escalation point, to resolve any challenges that may arise.
