As the friendly face of the 399 guestrooms Park Plaza County Hall Hotel, you will do more than just welcome our guests. As our Duty Manager, you will support all Front of House departments when needed. This is an exciting role for an ambitious and driven individual who wants to be involved in a variety of different challenges on a daily basis.
We are looking for a Duty Manager who will:
- Ensure guests’ needs are met beyond expectation
- Play a hands-on role leading by example, and taking opportunities to motivate, train and inspire the Front of House team members
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office and excellent knowledge of Opera
- Share our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment, Care
- Have previous experience as a Duty Manager, Guest Relations Manager, or similar role in a hotel
As a Duty Manager you will receive:
