What you’ll do:
To provide a professional, proactive, and confidential Executive Assistant support service to the Plant Manager and Leadership Team. "
Job Responsibilities

"• Coordinate and support various meetings on and off site (e.g., Weekly Leadership Meetings, All Employee Meetings, Quarterly Management Reviews, Monthly Works Council Meetings, Roundtables), including drafting of agendas, preparation of presentations/supporting materials, minute-taking, and follow-up of agreed actions to completion.
- Coordinate and support site visits and business trips for the Plant Manager and Leadership Team within budgetary constraints, including preparation of detailed itineraries. Act as host and first point of contact for stakeholders in the run up to, and during, site visits.
- Champion, coordinate and communicate various employee events (e.g., employee recognition, charity and fundraising, community, inclusion and diversity, social etc.) in collaboration with the CCSW committee.
- Own, design, and produce the quarterly in house magazine ‘In Kontakt’, including determination of meaningful content to include and seeking feedback to continuously improve the magazine offering.
- Assist with any ad-hoc project related work across all business functions as required, including continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the Plant Manager with a range of administration activities, including but not limited to, holiday management, Concur expense reports, documentation creation/review, proof-reading, raising of purchase orders etc. The remit of this role also covers ad-hoc administration support for other members of the leadership team as required to meet business needs.
- Cover reception during periods of holiday and sickness absence."
Qualifications:
5 GCSE’s A-C including Maths and English, or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience supporting senior leaders as an Executive Assistant within a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Skills:
- Accurate and prompt minute-taker.
- Ability to write in a clear, concise, and professional style to prepare business communications e.g., letters, executive summaries, reports.
- Experience proofreading/reviewing business documentation, with a strong eye for detail
- Exceptional organisation and diary management skills"
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, able to partner with range of stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills, with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to manage high-volume workload with multiple projects/activities; results-driven
- Proactive self-starter able to take initiative and work independently with a sense of urgency in completing assigned tasks
- Numerate, with an evidence-based approach to decision making"
