Wanted: Duty Manager (Full-time) in Southampton

We are looking for an energetic, talented, enthusiastic, customer focused individual with excellent aptitude for operational management.

Our most successful Managers are ones who put their people first because they get that their success depends upon having a strong team around them. Being a great coach, and providing on-going support to develop your large team, will come naturally to you. You will be responsible for your venues NPS, which means the delivery of outstanding customer service is critical.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service—delivering outstanding customer service is critical
  • Team Management—Management of the team on shift, rota, delegation of tasks, team meetings and one to one reviews.
  • People Development and Training—lead the recruitment, induction and training of all employees. Promote the group Vision, Mission and Values as part of the on-going team development.
  • Health and Safety Compliance—to provide a safe and fun Ninja experience, while ensuring that our company policies, procedures and guidance are always adhered to. Continuously monitor Health and Safety.
  • Financial controls—review performance, analyse results and report the metrics, whilst looking for enhancements
  • Operational Management—to ensure smooth running of the venue whilst completing opening and closing shifts.
  • Problem solving ability to think on your feet and confidence decision maker
