This includes our stores in Sheffield, Bradford and Leeds areas.
About the role
As an Area Manager you will be responsible for leading your DUNKIN’ stores supporting the Operations Manager in optimising our 4C’s;
- Commercial control – our people consider sales & costs
- Customer journey – our people deliver operational excellence
- Compliance – our people are safe
- Culture – our people are engaged and feel supported

We are looking for someone with multi-site experience with the ability to lead a group of Store Managers to deliver a high level of performance. We are looking for someone that is passionate about people development with a good level of emotional intelligence.

What We Offer
- £40,000 - £45,000 annual salary
- Up to 33 days paid holiday (incl. bank holidays) plus your birthday off
