Job title: Early Careers Coordinator

Salary: £27,000-£29,000 depending on skills and experience
- Co-ordinate learner registrations, progress monitoring, certifications activity and internal / external meetings
- Provide support to Early Careers delivery teams and Management with any activities as required
- Analyse and update Management Information Systems (Yeti, BKSB, Learning Assistant and Canvas) and compile reports
- Raise Purchase Orders to procure goods and services as required ensuring timely completion of payments
- Undertake Local Safeguarding Officer duties for ASK, providing apprentices with any support required, recording and reporting interactions that have been conducted
- Support with EPA activity including making reservations, uploading evidence, and distributing correspondence
- Conduct file audits to ensure all regulatory requirements are being adhered to and reduce the risk of non-compliance, consulting with delivery teams should any amendments be required
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Working within training and education with a sound knowledge of regulatory body requirements and inspection frameworks
- Specialist knowledge of legislative, awarding body and funding systems requirements
- Good knowledge of Apprenticeships and EPA requirements
- Highly proficient in using a range of I.T. programmes and technology to input, analyse and present data
- Ability to prioritise tasks and plan workload
Desirable:
- Experience of frameworks/standards and End-Point Assessment requirements
- Experience of auditing and quality compliance requirements
- Conducting quality assurance audits and compliance checks within an education and training environment

The Early Careers team:
This role sits within the Early Careers Support Team which consists of the Apprentice Manager, Early Careers Practitioner, 4 Early Careers Coordinators and an Early Careers Professional. We support the wider Early Careers team to ensure all apprentices and staff members are provided with the information, advice, guidance, support, and resources needed to ensure high quality apprenticeships are provided. We are responsible for ensuring all funding and compliance elements are fully accurate and consult with different individuals to obtain the information that is needed to achieve this.
