Here at GXO Logistics, we are currently looking for a full-time, permanent Drivers Mate to join us in Glasgow for our client, one of the leading retail companies, B&Q.
You will be delivering B&Q products based on the Store to Home network. You will be contracted to work 40 hours per week on a shift pattern of ‘any 5 from 7’ with the start time of 07:00.

Hourly rate of £10.93- Overtime paid at time and a half rate

What you will do on a typical day:
Deliver goods to customer homes and trade sites accurately, safely and on time- Assist the delivery driver with loading and unloading of vehicles as and when required
- Complete all necessary paperwork correctly, in full and on time
- Assist the delivery driver in parking and manoeuvring a company vehicle
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Good customer service skills- Strong communication skills both face to face and on the phone
- Excellent time keeping, reliable and trustworthy
- Previous experience of multi drop home delivery is desirable
