Driver - Class 2 London, England
Job description
DHL, award winning leading supply chain business is seeking a HGV driver to play a vital role in our distribution service.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:
- Drive in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
- Comply with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations
- You will be delivering tiles and tiling accessories to store.
- There will be around 8 drops per day.
- Some manual handling will be required occasionally.
- You will work 48 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- Shift time starts at 6am
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
- Hold a valid HGV Class 2 Driving Licence (C),
- Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
- We are looking for candidates to have at least 6 months experience as you will be driving 26T rigids around London
