Our factory includes the Rajah Spice packing operation in addition to our edible oils and coconut environment. Joining our Production team at this time means, you will have the fantastic opportunity to learn about the manufacturing/packing aspects within both areas and you will have the ability to input into building a safe, robust and efficient new department within the site.
There is a fantastic opportunity for 3 people to join the Manufacturing Team as a Shift Leaders at the Enfield site. You must have a flexible approach to working our rotating shift pattern of AM shift (6am-3pm) and PM shift (3pm-11pm) Monday to Friday. At times, there will also be the opportunity to work additional hours before and after shift as well as at weekends.
What we are looking for:
You should be a natural leader, able to engage and motivate a team of people whilst setting clear health and safety, quality and food safety standards. You will also be a proven problem solver and have a track record of driving efficiency and achieving savings through continuous improvement within a Food manufacturing environment. In this role, you will be required to cover lead the shift-based teams across our spices and oil departments.
