Job description
Stoneywood are a breakdown and recovery specialist operating a 24 hour, 7 days a week service.
We are currently looking for CLASS 1 drivers to join our team with a view to be trained up to heavy recovery technicians.
The applicant must have good geographical knowledge of the surrounding area, be able to work well under pressure and work as part of a team.
MUST be able to pass a police CRB check
Experience in this area desirable and heavy recovery experience would be a bonus but this is not essential as training can be given to the right candidate. Mechanical knowledge preferred but not essential.
Working hours are Monday to Friday but with an 'on call' rota that covers different days and weekends.
This will be fully explained in the interview process.
Excellent rates of pay with the opportunity to boost earnings with overtime when required.
Hourly rate between £12 -- £14.50 ph depending on experience and training progression within the company. A further hourly pay increase may then be available after probational period ends.
We are looking for a number of drivers to work from our Halifax Depot.
