This is a permanent role, working 37.5 hours per week at our Residential service in Kings Norton, Birmingham.
Here at Kings Norton, we have a diverse home with an excellent ambiance, which offers a lovely warm and caring atmosphere and have been awarded a Good rating by the CQC.
We support 5 individuals with complex health needs. The people we support enjoy a wide variety of opportunities – such as walks, days out, dancing and art.
As a Support Worker, you will support the individuals at the service and also encourage them to enjoy as much as possible to gain life skills and live full and active lives.
A full manual UK license is required as we have manual company vehicles used to drive and take individuals to appointments, activities outside of the home and trips.
