Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms
- Manage social media accounts, including scheduling and publishing posts
- Monitor and analyse social media metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing
- Conduct research on target audience preferences and interests
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create digital marketing campaigns
- Utilize photography and video editing skills to create visually appealing content
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
- Proficient in proofreading and editing content for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and web analytics tools
- Knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including SEO and SEM
- Experience with video editing software is a plus
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously
